TO REMEBERING 
HOW MUCH WATER DO I DRINK ?
Using a rubber band method to remembering how much water you are drinking daily. By placing rubber bands loosely around your wrist then place a rubber band from your wrist onto  your water bottle every time you refill your bottle will help you remember how many times you refill and to calculate your daily intake. 
Adding a pinch of Celtic Salt or Himalayan salt to your water adds minerals to help your body absorb water
 
CALCULATE % OF DAILY INTAKE 
Take your current weight divide in half Your answer is the  amount in ounces Know how many ounces in your  water bottle Take the number of ounces from your bottle  & divide into your calculated weight.  
Example
150 lbs divide by 2 = 75 oz   If you have an 8oz water bottle dived  8oz into 75 oz  = 9,4 . You will fill your water bottle minimum of 9 times.                                                  
I personally enjoy my 33oz bottle. At a minimum I need to fill it 2 times  a day for my daily water intake, (as noted by my rubber bands in the picture above.
